Glycoprotein Analysis

  • N-Glycopeptides
    N-linked glycopeptides, with relatively lower sensitivity and abundance, from mass spec. data can be effectively identified and quantified.
  • O-Glycopeptides
    O-linked glycopeptides, with atypical structure, from mass spec. data can be rapidly identified and quantified with high accuracy.
  • Multiple Fragmentation
    Leveraging multiple fragmentation methods (CID, HCD, HCD+CID, HCD+ETD) in mass spec. provides reliable quantitative results of glycoproteins.
